Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original VISIONNAIRE box with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization form.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
